Our first Fresh cooking class is Sweet & Savory Galettes with instruction by Pastry Chef Sidney Nayman. Sidney trained in Paris and is now bringing her talents to Fresh!
Hands-on, two-hour cooking class is Sunday, March 22 from 3 - 5.

We will be making a dessert galette and a savory galette, learning from Sidney as she tells us about her time training at a bakery in the heart of the Latin Quarter in Paris. You can take her techniques and adapt them for quick impressive desserts or main dishes for home and entertaining.
Cost of the class is $70 and includes all ingredient, recipes, refreshments and two full-sized galettes to enjoy at home or freeze to serve later.
